SCRUBBER FILTER
Harmful gas emissions due to chemical processes in laboratories and facilities are very dangerous for the environment and human health. Water filters are used for the purpose of cleaning the contaminated air from the chemical components, removing the odor and reducing the present smoke. This process is a chemical process called a gas wash. The main principle in the scrubber system; is the efficient process of the chemical process, called gas absorption, of the dirty gas, which increases the contact surface of the gas with the low water content in the specially developed raching rings.Working principle of gas filters
The dirty gas is drawn from the bottom through the raching rings in the gas washing tower by pulling it out of the environment with the help of a fan. The water, which acts as a washing liquid, is dispensed with a maintenance-free, low-noise pump at the base. The downstream liquid and the contaminated gas pass through the raching rings at the same time. After the absorption process in the raching rings, which provide a larger surface area to increase the interaction of the gas with the liquid, the smoke is cleaned and approximately 96% of the pollutants are removed.
When the dirty air is cleaned, the retaining liquid phase becomes dirty and becomes highly corrosive. The re-feed of the washing water takes place automatically. The disposal of contaminated washing water is done by a wide valve. This increases the durability of the system. With this process applied, the contaminated gas is discharged into the atmosphere in the range of desired concentration limit values and odorless. Thus, personnel health, working environment security is provided. In addition, clean air and harmful gas emissions according to the nature standards are also met.
The aqueous filter unit created for the gas to be absorbed is produced from the material containing PP content which is resistant to the working temperature and which has high chemical resistance. It is long lasting against the corrosive effects of chemicals in gas content. Energy consumption is low in the system. They are products that do not require any extra maintenance and have maximum washing performance.
