REGIONAL SERVICE UNIT

The regional service units used to work safely in routine maintenance operations, to manually close the gas and to cut off gas flow in case of emergency, control the gas flow on the pipeline.
Features of the Regional Service Unit
Provides zone isolation for emergency or maintenance purposes.
Steel or electrostatic powder coated steel boxes.
When necessary, a physical barrier (spade) can be placed on the box.
Both sides of the valve can be deactivated without the need to completely remove the valves.
Labeled products may be preferred to identify the medical and industrial gas service.
The regional service unit may be designed to include area service units and the area alarm panel.
Thanks to the quarter turn handle, the gas system can be quickly and easily deactivated.
Protective cage made of durable metals such as steel and brass; provides maximum resistance to environmental factors such as corrosion, moisture and dust.
Design of Regional Service Unit
The regional service unit cover can be optionally mounted on the surface of the plaster or on the surface. In cases where the pipeline passes through the wall, the cage is usually concealed. In case the piping is outside, the service cage is usually connected as a plaster. Particularly in the case of underwater applications, the lattice should be painted in such a way that it can be easily distinguished from the floor and wall color, and the location of the safety valve with a clear label must be determined.
High flammability gases, such as oxygen, nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide, pass through different pipes. The labels used to define the name, color and gas category are attached to each valve on the regional service unit. In this way, it is possible to complete the repair and maintenance process without disrupting the work by simply disabling a single pipe connection.
