PRESSURE CONTROL PANELS

The pressure control panels, which compensate for the pressure of the gas from the high-pressure tubes, help the gases to output stably along the main distribution line. The gas to the pressure tubes undergoes first to the control panel, then to the main distribution line. This ensures that the gas supply and feedbacks can be carried out smoothly.

Pressure Control Panel Types

Depending on the size of the working area, the type of the application room and the characteristics of the gas supply system, different regulator and pressure control panels may be preferred. The pressure control panel is available in both automatic and semi-automatic versions.

Manual Pressure Control Panel

Manual pressure control panels, also known as single lever feed pressure units, are systems in which tube changes are carried out by users. Manual pressure control systems, such as manometer, purge line, safety valve, fire valve and relief valves, are ideal for applications where there is no need to adjust the pressure manually. Thanks to manual systems, tubes with the same or different characteristics can be safely controlled via independent regulators.

Full Automatic and Semi-Automatic Pressure Control Panel

The task of the automatic pressure control panel is to automatically activate the gas flow when the existing pressure values of the gas cylinders on the system are decreased. In the fully automatic exchange unit, the user does not need to select replacement tubes. Semi-automatic systems are responsible for draining excess pressure at the inlet side. Just like a safety valve, semi-automatic pressure control panels provide precise pump control to prevent sudden gas pressure fluctuations from the pump and resulting from changes in the discharge flow.

Industrial Pressure Control Panel

Two-stage wall and cabinet type pressure control panels carry the necessary equipment for industrial use. The diaphragm-type shut-off valves with On / Off position indicator and low interior volume allow instantaneous adjustment of the pressure change between the tubes. Highly ideal for large volume gas application rooms, industrial type pressure panels are also frequently preferred for the control of processed gas and ECD applications.
