GAS FILTER

The control of emissions to the atmosphere involves both the convenience of working environments and the criteria related to the health of the employees and the ecological effects. For this reason, filters must be found in laboratories and in facilities where chemicals are used intensively. Gas filters, which are alternative to these filters, have a wide range of use in laboratories and facilities.

Superior Features of Gas Filters

For the extraction and treatment of air in laboratories, only the use of a fisherman is not sufficient. Therefore, more functional aqueous filters or gas filters are used. The cartridge in the gas filter is placed in a steel body covered with powder coating. Cartridge; It comprises an activated carbon suitable for the absorption of odor, gas, smoke and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The filter unit is wall-mountable, so the filters have a robust installation profile. The filters are basically sized for single use, but are interconnected. It is also easy to service and maintain. There is no difficulty in replacing the cartridge thanks to the upper grids. The removed filter cartridge can be easily cleaned with compressed air.

According to the properties of the environment to be treated, there are different gas filters in terms of shape and power. Generally, the vertical and tubular filters are small and circular, which are more ergonomic. It is one of the best features to offer a more efficient process by connecting to each other if needed. Because they are exposed to highly hazardous materials, the parts are made of durable materials, so the gas filters are long-lasting.

Suggestions and Prices

For best results, the contact time between the carbon and the gas to be cleaned should be as optimum as possible. For this reason, it is more appropriate that the air flow on the filter module is not higher than 500 m³ / s. As already mentioned, two or more filter modules can be integrated if there are excessively loaded air streams.
