DRAFT CHAMBER

The draft chamber cabins, made of materials suitable for sterile working conditions such as tempered / laminated glass, epoxy sheet, galvanized steel and plexiglas, are designed according to the ventilation needs of the users in a wide area. Additional equipment can be installed in the enclosed panel, such as sockets, faucets, sinks, local aerator and hanger.

What is Draft Chamber?

Draft chamber is enclosed enclosures, which allow the evacuation of the work carried out in the laboratory environment without damaging the users and with the support of a low pressure fan. With one or more units consisting of glass windows, it is possible to access the cab in different directions. It is possible to produce draft chamber cabins with desired size and specifications according to the work bench.

Ventilation Unit Design

Closed system ventilation cabinets, which can be mounted on wall or island type benches, help to release the odor and smoke released on the counter as it is in the drawer. The dimensions of the draft chambers cabins can be designed to fit the dimensions of benches or seating areas. The dimensions of the unit can be designed according to the request of the users and the width of the working area.

The front side of the draft chamber is surrounded by sliding windows. Window systems made of laminated or tempered glass have similar properties with the windows used for the smoke cabinet. On Draft chamber; Additional equipment, such as the fan control button, LED lighting system and extra storage cabinet, can be used to operate the deaeration fan.

Draft Chamber Types

Draft chamber models can be classified in two main groups as island type and wall type. Wall type draft chamber models can be mounted directly on the wall counter or bench. Active areas can be connected to the spaces reserved for the chair area. It is also possible to add glass and PVC looms to a unit in the wall.

The island type draft chamber types, which are ideal for large laboratories, are mounted under the air discharge system. Island type draft chamber units can also be designed as moving form. The wheeled modular moving air can be moved in certain direction along the ducts.
