DISHWASHER

Specially designed for washing glass laboratory materials, dishwashers are particularly suitable for cleaning volumetric skewers with narrow neck. With its flexible and durable design as well as maximum cleaning and energy efficiency, the product is capable of grasping 36 glass volumetric bottles with narrow lengths thanks to its lower shelf with 36 spindles.

Flexible Usage

Special inserts added to the model designed to hold narrow-neck glass materials such as volumetric and erlenmeyer bottles also allow cleaning of glass pipettes used in the laboratory. The dishwasher, which has a more flexible use with additional shelves or attachments, supports the cleaning of both general and narrow neck glass items through the attachments. The user can clean all the glass materials by adding the shelves and add-ins required. Specially designed for pipettes, BOD bottles, petri dishes, culture tubes and small containers, add-ons can increase the versatility of the dishwasher, while extra spindles and shelves can be used.

Maximum Cleaning and Drying

A thorough cleaning is performed by pumping water and detergent from the spindles to thoroughly clean the glassware placed in the dishwasher; In addition, pressurized air through the spindles provides a complete drying of the glass materials both inside and outside. Drying of the materials with compressed air also does not leave any stain residue after drying. The items used in the laboratory contain chemicals that are at high risk of contamination, so the cleaning must be done carefully and there should not be any residues in the materials after cleaning. Residues due to their chemical properties may cause them to react with another substance and cause dangerous consequences.

EPA Residue Testing

As a result of the studies conducted by EPA, the US Environmental Protection Agency, volatile, semi-volatile or trace metal sediments were not found in the glass materials washed by the dishwasher. In line with these results, the FlaskScrubber dishwasher can be used with peace of mind when cleaning all glassware used in the laboratory. In the dishwasher model, which is approved by EPA residue tests, the washed glass laboratory articles are cleaned without any sedimentation and are cleaned in the healthiest way and become suitable for reuse.
